Times and locations are subject to change. The massed stand at the Somerville Community Growing Center is part of the Center's annual May Day Celebration, which traditionally includes a May pole dance. The dancing in Waltham is part of the International Steampunk City Festival, which is happening throughout the weekend.
Sunday May 8, Arnold Arboretum, Jamaica PlainSunday's tours are at the Arnold Arboretum as part of the park's annual Lilac Sunday picnic/celebration. We dance near the Centre Street Gate, 1110 Centre St., Jamaica Plain, MA.
DirectionsDirections to Natalie's house for the Friday evening get-together were sent by email. If you didn't receive them, please let us know. Directions to the dance stands and a link to the ale booklet are available. MealsThe ale will provide lunch on Saturday, and a dinner/feast Saturday evening. Hosts will provide breakfasts for out-of-town guests. Ale guests will need to bring a picnic lunch on Sunday. Hosts will ensure that out-of-town guests are able to do so. T-ShirtsThe T-shirt order has already been placed. We have ordered some extras (mostly sizes L and XL), which we will sell at the ale on a first-come, first-serve basis. This year's design, inspired by the Steampunk City Festival, is: WeatherIn New England, just about any type of weather can happen in May, including beautiful, hot & muggy, rain, or on rare occasions, snow.
